I think you forgot &quot;meaning&quot; in the category &quot;what are you passionate about.&quot; Have you ever asked yourself WHY you are passionate about those things? Are you just good at them and love the appreciation you get from your environment when you do those things? Is it just feeding your ego? Shai Agassi is passionate about building the infrastructure and the software that operates electric cars. Why? Because he wants to make the world a better place. 

And once you have answered the question about why you are passionate about these things. Go one step further ask again WHY? Are you passionate about all these things because you want to strengthen the Israeli economy? Or because you want to create jobs and provide people with professional growth opportunities? Or because you love to coach people? And once you have the answer to that, ask again WHY?

Be honest with yourself, no BS answers, dig deep and deeper and deeper and once you have spent a lot of time trying to come up with the answer to the last Why question and you got it - the ultimate answer - let me know what is and I will let you know what mine is in return.</description>
